Brian Bodansky is a mid-level associate with the Bell Law Group, PLLC. He graduated from Fordham Law School in 2013, and is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the Eastern and Southern District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Bodansky represents private and federal sector employees in all areas of employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and other employment-related matters. In federal employee matters, Mr. Bodansky has represented clients in EEO complaints, MSPB appeals, and security clearance matters, and has appeared before the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in federal district court. For private sector employees, Mr. Bodansky has represented individuals and class actions in discrimination and retaliation matters, as well as wage and hour matters in both state and federal court.
Prior to working with the firm, Mr. Bodansky was an associate with a prominent plaintiff-side employment law firm in Manhattan, where he represented individuals and classes in employment matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. Mr. Bodansky also worked for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its New York City location.
