Jay Salpeter is a top New York State Licensed Private Investigator, and former highly-decorated New York City Police Detective and Hostage Negotiator.
As an NYPD detective Jay conducted various types of investigations which included homicides, sex crimes, robbery, burglary, and other street crimes. As a private investigator Jay has worked both National and International cases.
