Christopher Van De Water is a former Assistant Attorney General with over 23 years of experience and an exceptional litigation pedigree. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in both Federal and State court venues having never lost a case on defense. Chris proactively and aggressively represents all manner of clients in litigation, alternative dispute resolution and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including wage and hour matters, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, professional contracts, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and numerous other types of employment-based litigation and disputes. He also is well versed in personal injury prosecution and defense, having handled numerous multi-million dollar cases. Chris attended Cornell University and Hofstra University School of Law where he served as an editor on the prestigious Labor Law Journal.
