Mr. Martin is a welcomed addition to the team here at Bell Law Group bringing with him over fifteen years of experience in New York State litigation. A first-generation American, John started his legal career working in litigation in-house for the second most sued defendant in New York State where he gained valuable skills working on catastrophic injury and property damage cases. After spending a decade with that Fortune 500 Company, John utilized his experience and training to fight for the rights of people injured in motor vehicle and premises liability accidents and fighting with insurance companies to fully compensate his clients. John’s vast courtroom and trial experience is an invaluable asset for his clients and our firm.
John is a graduate of Fordham University and New York Law School, and a recipient of the Irish Echo’s 40 under 40. He is a member of the Brehon Law Society, a member of the Board of Directors of the Emerald Isle Immigration Center, an officer of New York County’s Division 7 of The Ancient Order of Hibernians, as well as an avid mariner and car enthusiast.
