Matthew Madzelan is an associate with the Bell Law Group, PLLC. He graduated from Hofstra University in 2012 and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York. Mr. Madzelan represents private, federal and public sector employees in wage and hour, discrimination and employment disputes, and is also experienced in personal injury litigation.
Prior to working with the firm, Mr. Madzelan was an associate at a prominent labor and employment firm where he was responsible for developing the firm’s employment litigation department and represented employees in wage and hour disputes and in all areas of employment discrimination, including sexual harassment, pregnancy, sexual orientation, disability, race and religion. Throughout his experience as an employment litigator, Mr. Madzelan has successfully assisted in the recovery of millions of dollars for employees who were the victims of unlawful pay practices, discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He has represented clients on an individual basis as well as in collective and class action litigation and prides himself on defending the rights of those who have been exploited.
