Pari Berk

Pari Berk began her legal career in the litigation department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York, where she worked on civil cases in a variety of practice areas including Antitrust, Employment, Securities Litigation, and Internal Investigations.

At Bell Law Group, she advocates for the rights of federal employees in discrimination cases, performance matters, disciplinary matters, and security clearance appeals. In addition, Ms. Berk advises corporate employers on HR-related matters, hiring, termination, reasonable accommodations, best practices, and wage and hour issues.

Ms. Berk is a graduate of NYU School of Law and The University of Michigan and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Court in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
