Marci Moschetti is a senior associate in the personal injury and insurance defense group at Bell Law Group, PLLC. She handles a vast array of personal injury matters for the Bell Law Group, PLLC, including general negligence, products liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, labor law/construction accidents and premises liability (trip/slip and fall matters).
Ms. Moschetti received her law degree cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997 and was a member of the law school’s Law Review. She spent part of her last year in school clerking for the Honorable Judge Lawrence McKenna, Senior United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Moschetti earned her undergraduate degree with a dual major in philosophy and political science magna cum laude from New York University. Ms. Moschetti is admitted to practice in the Courts of New York State and the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Ms. Moschetti has worked in the fields of insurance defense and personal injury for the past 10 years and has gained extensive and invaluable experience in these areas. Ms. Moschetti prides herself on her outstanding communication skills, which she finds to be of utmost importance for her clients’ trust and confidence when it comes to litigating personal injury matters, which can have severe impacts on her clients’ lives.
