Chaya Gourarie is a Partner at Bell Law Group, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on labor and employment law. A seasoned litigator, Ms. Gourarie has successfully represented both employers and employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR), the Department of Labor (DOL), as well as in state and federal courts.
