
Elisabeth Schiffbauer is an associate attorney at Bell Law Group, PLLC where she focuses on representing both employers and employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, and retaliation cases.
After graduating, Elisabeth continued her law school studies, focusing on the intersection of labor and the fashion industry, performing labor and human rights research on global supply chains. Prior to joining Bell Law Group, Elisabeth spent several years in private practice advocating predominantly on behalf of workers. Elisabeth previously served as counsel in the Bureau of Labor Law of the Office of the NYC Comptroller, where she investigated and prosecuted violations of prevailing wage law, recovering over $1M of wages for workers employed on public works projects. Additionally, Elisabeth served as a volunteer assistant attorney general in the Labor Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
