She brings more than a decade of legal experience to the firm, including her service at the EEOC, where she worked in the Hearings Unit alongside Administrative Judges and in the agency’s mediation program, helping parties work toward resolution. Davia’s commitment to employees extends beyond her work at the agency. As a union steward, she represented fellow federal employees in workplace matters, helping them understand their rights and navigate difficult conversations with management. That experience gives her a clear understanding of what clients are facing when they come to the firm, and she brings both empathy and professionalism to every interaction. At Bell Law Group, Davia keeps the firm’s MSPB and EEOC caseload organized, deadlines on track, and clients informed, allowing the attorneys to focus on building strong cases.
