Director of Paralegal Services
Jayne Calderon-Robles is the Director of Paralegal Services at Bell Law Group, where she plays a vital role in both client relations and case management. Since joining the firm nearly five years ago, Jayne has grown from Paralegal to Senior Paralegal and now Director, leading the firm’s paralegal team with dedication and care.
With a background in employment law and prior experience at another employment law firm, Jayne brings deep insight into workplace issues and a strong commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal matters. She also supports the firm’s federal employment and disability retirement cases, working closely with clients from the very first call through resolution.
As one of the first points of contact for potential clients, Jayne takes pride in listening to their stories and helping them feel heard and supported. She finds great fulfillment in securing disability retirement approvals—knowing that each success allows a client to retire with dignity and focus on recovery.
Jayne holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, is a Certified Notary Public, and is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to assist a diverse range of clients with clarity and compassion.
