Jessica Braunstein

Jess Braunstein’s aggressive, but pragmatic, approach to litigation brings success for her clients inside and outside of the courtroom. While Jess’s track record in court is impressive, she finds it equally important to personally connect with her clients and incorporate their overarching concerns and goals into legal strategy.

Jess’s involvement in law began long before practice. Before and throughout law school and college, Jess held various positions within her father’s workers’ compensation law firm. At the beginning of her career, she used this experience to find success in the workers’ compensation field, litigating on behalf of injured workers. Through this time, Jess gained a deep familiarity with various mechanisms of injury, appropriate treatment, and the effect of injuries on her client’s lives.

Jess brings this unique experience to find success in the area of personal injury litigation, representing both injured clients and insurance companies. Being able to assess cases, value, and strategy from both sides of the aisle, she leverages her broad understanding of the field to earn incredible results for her clients.

In addition to her experience in injury-based litigation, Jess takes pride in her work in disability law, specifically actions brought under the ADA. She is set apart from the rest by her practical and realistic approach to even the most complex accessibility problems facing communities. Her goal is to help communities work together to create an improved, harmonious environment where disabled individuals and business owners can flourish together, both personally and professionally. Because of this, Jess is flexible and happy to represent aggrieved disabled individuals and accused business owners alike.

In her free time, Jess loves to go fishing and volunteers with a local non-profit rabbit rescue organization.
