Kyle T. Pulis is an experienced labor and employment attorney with more than 15 years of practice representing both employers and employees in a wide range of workplace matters. His practice encompasses all aspects of employment law, including litigation, counseling, and dispute resolution. He regularly advises clients on employee handbook development and compliance, drafts and negotiates executive and C-suite employment agreements, and counsels individuals on severance agreements and separation matters. Mr. Pulis has achieved successful trial verdicts on behalf of his clients and is known for his strategic, results-driven approach to complex employment disputes.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Pulis has received formal mediation training, which enhances his ability to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively outside the courtroom when appropriate. His balanced perspective—gained from representing both management and employees—allows him to provide practical, well-rounded counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs.

In recognition of his extensive experience and knowledge of the law, Mr. Pulis was recently appointed by the Suffolk County Executive to serve as a Commissioner for the Suffolk County Human Rights Commission, reflecting his commitment to promoting fairness and equality in the workplace and the broader community.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Pulis is a dedicated volunteer firefighter on Fire Island, New York, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to public service and his community.
